We are one of the first Crowdfunding / Peer to Peer leasing companies open to Investors (some restrictions apply on who can invest with us - this may change in the future).
We are also regulated by the FCA under UK and EU regulations. Once someone has made an interest to invest, we will carry out regulatory checks which include AML checks and various underwriting checks. We are looking for high net worth individuals, companies and people who can afford to risk about 10% of their available investments.
About Us and Our History
Firstly, many of our senior personnel (directors, managers) have over 20 years of experience in financial services, in banking, insurance, lending, leasing and financial software automation systems designed to process billions of pounds worth of transactions and investments, from lending to insurance. We also understand underwriting, credit checks and financial risk.
Secondly, we know the leasing market and have been in leasing since 2015 and have a rating above 4.8 on Google and 4.6 on Facebook for our leasing division.
About investing in leasing with us?
Leasing has been a consistently growing industry for decades and the UK is the third largest market in the world, which has grown over the last 20 years. The UK leasing industry has been quite robust and vehicle manufacturers themselves actively advertise leasing as a spearhead for placing vehicles with customers.
For leasing customers there is a gap in the market for low to medium adverse customers which we are aiming to fill. Sometimes individuals without a credit card history can be rejected.
If you invest in a unit or several units, this will pay for a vehicle and some related costs.
We will lease these vehicles out to consumers and businesses (The leasees). We will then share the profits with you. The leasees will pay us each month from which we would aim to pay you the principle and interest.
With vehicle leasing investments, you tell us how much you want to invest from £14,000 over a period of 3 to 6 years. We then find matching leasees and lease a vehicle to them. When the leasees pay us, we then pay you and you get paid. As with any investment, it is not without risk, but with vehicle leasing, if the driver of the vehicle becomes a bad debtor, we aim to seize the vehicle and re-lease it or sell it.

You may or may not know that over 300,000 vehicles were leased in the UK in 2018. On average, most people spend approximately £33,000 on a new car, according to Cap HPI.
If 300,000 people leased a car of this value, that equates to £9,900,000,000.
The future of leasing
As mentioned above, the UK's leasing industry is growing at an incredible rate, with the BVRLA stating that the numbers of cars leased each year increases by 5%~10% year on year.
